Cool off at Kawana Pools

Kawana Pools has a nice and relaxed vibe, friendly staff and enough swimming options for the whole family to enjoy.

Every time we have come to the pools here the kids have been busy for hours. From going between the different pools, diving off the diving blocks (call ahead to make sure the diving blocks are open), and having a slushie or ice cream from the cafe they are sure to be worn out at the end of the day.

Kawana Aquatic Centre

The pool has 5 heated swimming pools, all purposely built. Your children can do swimming lessons, squads, diving, or waterpolo. And there are even fitness classes for Mum or Dad to attend.

There is a smaller pool for children also, it has what I look like tall mushrooms (correct me if I’m wrong). There is a split level, the high level is a boat and it is a lot more shallow and the bottom section is a tiny bit deeper for the more confident swimmers and kids who can wade through the water well.

Swimming Lessons & Squads

Kawana also provides swimming lessons and squads at its facilities. Swimming lessons & Squads are run by Rackley Swimming, get in contact with them to organise your first lesson for free.
